FTX前律师事务所被指控成立影子实体挪用FTX客户资金:金色财经报道，一群FTX客户向加州地方法院提交的一份文件称，FTX的前律师事务所Fenwick & West LLP设立了多个“影子实体”，允许FTX联合创始SBF和其他高管采取创造性但非法的策略来延续欺诈行为。

该诉讼称，该律师事务所向 FTX 提供的服务“远远超出了律师事务所应提供且通常确实提供的服务”，例如以规避监管审查的方式安排 FTX US 的收购结构，以及提供员工执行律师事务所提出的战略。
